Odyssey was able to offer a *manufacturer's* fifty-year warranty on our roof that would cover workmanship and the roof itself even if Odyssey is no longer in business. Odyssey was very confident in sharing licensing records, the process of the work, and the breakdown of costs in their bid. They were happy to bring requested samples and left several with us over the weekend so we could ponder options for shingle colors and styles. Odyssey completed the roof quickly and efficiently with very courteous and conscientious workers on site. The final cost did not exceed the bid, and Odyssey has continued to be in touch and send out workers to address those little detail issues that arise as we have encountered the first real rains and snow of the season. They have responded to all questions and concerns immediately when I have reached out to them. What a contrast to some of the other bidders, who did not even return calls after sending out a bid or who took weeks to arrive for the evaluation of the house to make a bid in the first place! We could not be more pleased with Odyssey and are already considering them for future work on our home. Everyone at Odyssey seems genuinely interested in customers and quality workmanship.

The installation crew did a great job and any minor discrepancies in installation were quickly taken care of and fixed. From start to finish it was a great experience. I had my soffits, facia and siding done. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. The owner, Steve, came out to give me a quote. He answered all my questions and gave me a fair honest price without the games the others companies played. He always returned calls in a timely manner and was always polite and professional even after the job was done. Their superintendent, Mike did a great job coordinating things and keeping me informed and supervising the job. Great guy. Victor, the foreman was well organized and did a great job.
